1. Services Overview
Origami Bartending LLC is a professional bartending service company organized under the laws of Maryland. We provide:

Professional on-site bartending services for private and corporate events

Pre-batched bottled cocktail packages

Custom cocktail menu design and consultation

Event beverage service and management
Our Services are available in Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and surrounding areas (collectively, the "Service Area").
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use our Website or book our Services. By using our Website or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Registration
While you may browse our Website without creating an account, booking Services may require you to provide contact and event information. You agree to:

3. Booking and Service Agreements
Service Requests
When you request our Services through the Website, you are making an offer to enter into a service agreement with us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request at our sole discretion.
Service Agreements
Upon acceptance of your booking, a separate Bartending Service Agreement will be executed between you and Origami Bartending. The Service Agreement will include:

Binding Contract
The Service Agreement, together with these Terms, forms the complete agreement between you and Origami Bartending for the provision of Services.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service Fees
Our pricing is as follows (subject to change):

On-Site Bartending: Starting at $600.00 for four (4) hours of service

Extended Service: Additional hours at $50.00 per hour

Bottled Cocktail Packages: Starting at $15.00 per cocktail
-
Custom Menu Design: Complimentary consultation included with service booking
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your Service Agreement.
Payment Terms

Deposits are due upon signing the Service Agreement

Final payment is due on the day of the event, prior to the commencement of Services

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, Cash, and other methods as agreed
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. However, prices confirmed in your Service Agreement will not change once the agreement is executed.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:

Services beyond the agreed duration

Travel outside our standard Service Area

Special equipment or setup requests
-
Last-minute changes or additions
Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which will be added to your invoice as required by law.
Late Payment
Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Client Cancellations
Cancellation terms are specified in your Service Agreement. Generally:

Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice may result in a full refund of deposits (excluding non-refundable deposits)

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of deposits and may incur a cancellation fee
Service Provider Cancellations
If we must cancel for reasons within our control, we will:

Refund all deposits and payments in full

Make reasonable efforts to assist in finding a replacement bartending service
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions or orders

States of emergency

Severe weather conditions
-
Public health emergencies
-
Venue closures or unavailability
In the event of Force Majeure, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client booking our Services, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information

Provide complete and accurate event details

Notify us promptly of any changes to event information

Disclose any special requirements, restrictions, or concerns
Venue and Permits

Ensure the event venue permits alcohol service

Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for serving alcohol at your event

Verify venue policies regarding outside bartending services
Supplies and Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed in the Service Agreement:

Provide all alcoholic beverages, mixers, ice, garnishes, and serving equipment

Provide adequate space and tables for bartending setup
-
Ensure access to water and electricity if required
Venue Access

Provide timely access to the venue for setup (at least 1 hour before event start)
-
Ensure a safe and appropriate working environment
Guest Behavior

Understand that our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to minors and visibly intoxicated persons

Accept responsibility for guest behavior and alcohol consumption
Payment

Make all payments according to the agreed schedule
-
Provide payment before service commencement as specified in the Service Agreement
7. Our Responsibilities and Limitations
Services We Provide
We will:

Arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time for setup

Provide professional bartending services for the agreed duration
-
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests as appropriate
-
Monitor alcohol consumption and refuse service to minors and visibly intoxicated guests
-
Clean the bartending area at the conclusion of service
Services We Do Not Provide
Unless separately agreed upon in the Service Agreement, we do not:

Provide alcoholic beverages, mixers, or garnishes
-
Clean areas beyond the immediate bartending station
-
Serve as security or crowd control
-
Provide food service or catering
-
Guarantee specific brands or products (unless specified in agreement)
Professional Standards
We maintain professional standards including:

Licensed and insured operations in Maryland
-
Trained and experienced bartending staff
-
Compliance with alcohol service regulations
-
Professional appearance and conduct
8. Liability and Insurance
Our Liability Insurance
Origami Bartending maintains general liability insurance for our operations. However, this does not cover all potential risks or damages.
Client Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Origami Bartending, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Guest behavior at your event

Alcohol consumption by your guests

Your breach of this agreement or the Service Agreement

Your violation of any laws or regulations

Any occurrence not directly caused by our negligence or willful misconduct
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Our total liability for any claims arising from our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages

We are not liable for damages caused by factors outside our reasonable control
Alcohol Service Responsibility
While we will refuse service to minors and visibly intoxicated guests, ultimate responsibility for alcohol consumption and guest behavior rests with you as the event host. We strongly recommend:

Having adequate insurance coverage for your event
9. Intellectual Property Rights

Arbitration (Optional)
If informal resolution fails, either party may elect to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Maryland. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
